I ran parallel to a big, slow truck on Clarendon, and on the way back I passed it again on Wilson. Woodside Grill is closed now.

Late run on Tuesday

Wasn't too hot, and I felt good. Even skipped a break or two.

Very warm and humid.

The run last night was very hot. I drank two liters of water afterwards. Felt good.

It felt speedy at least, timewise 46 minutes is not amazing but felt strong.

Saw 6 people playing Pokemon GO when I was running last night.

Ran at 9:15 pm after a spicy meal. I got very thirsty halfway, super thirsty when I got home.
