Went for a run last night. Saw a lot of police cars at A-Town, and then an ambulance and firetruck on 13th Street.

Was busy at work. Run is good to clear my mind.

At the crossing of Stafford and Fairfax I saw a car coming on Stafford, not slowing down even though it had a red light. I made sure not to be in its path and sure enough it didn't stop until I smacked on the hood with my flat hand, to prevent being run over. I even shone my light at the driver -- something I rarely do -- but he didn't see me at all. Very dangerous to drive like that.

I witness at the other side of Stafford said "good call".

Otherwise a smooth run.

Wasn't too warm

I have a call at 11.00 pm tonight, so a good time between the kids going to bed and then to take a nice run. Right after a thunderstorm too so it was fresh.

I ran well, 44 minutes. When I came home Sasha had gone to bed. Normally Jaap would still be in the living room, but they left to Middenmeer on Saturday.

Good run. It wasn't as crazy hot tonight. Left fairly late, 9.30 pm, wanted to hang out longer with my parents.

I thought I was running very slow, and it felt tough after dinner. But it went well, 46 minutes. Saw the new hotel now open.

It's been a while since I ran in the morning but last night I went to bed early and after a good night I was ready to go out. It felt harder than my evening route, it is more hilly after all.

Well, tonight it was at least. It was a very hot day today so I guess there weren't many people out.
