Join Rolling Orange for a unique bike tour on Saturday, November 20th as Ans Heerdink, a Dutch-born New Yorker of 25 years and licensed NYC Tour Guide, takes us on a journey through New York's Dutch history.

The tour will lead you through areas of the original Dutch settlements from Brooklyn (Breukelen) over the Brooklyn Bridge to Lower Manhattan (New Amsterdam), returning via water taxi to Red Hook (Roode Hoek) and finally back to Rolling Orange. There are only 20 spots available so please RSVP to ensure you are going to be part of this unique tour through New York's past.

Then, Courtney Haff and Toya Dubin will present an update on NAHC's virtual New Amsterdam (1660)

See a beaver pelt and visit sites associated with the Dutch colony. The settlement of New Amsterdam was established to trade. Learn about early trading and how it evolved over 400 years to become modern Wall Street.
