We had a birthday party in the gym this afternoon, Nora and Leo and I. Was nice.

I ran at 9.00 pm.

It was pretty cold tonight, 24 degrees, but the run didn't feel too cold since it wasn't too windy. But with the snow on the ground that was freezing up, the run wasn't very fast.

The run today went well. It's MLK and it's great to have a long weekend. Spent a lot of time on the things I wanted to do (our own things, learning letters with the boys and veilig leren lezen with Nora), and today a nice run during the day.

After two runs during the day, I ran in the evening tonight. Back at 10.20 pm -- no fun. But running is great!

Ran during the day. Office was closing early due to forecasted ice. But no ice during the run. Custis.

Very very cold. But nice and warmly dressed so it was fine. Good run, Curtis route. Quite slow since this is the first run in a while.

Beautiful weather today and yesterday was my last working day for the year. Wonderful run. So much better during the day instead of late at night after dinner!

Ran while waiting for Alabama senate race results to come in.

It took a good 20 minutes before my hands warmed up. Really painful cold wind in the beginning. Later my body got used to it and I was perfectly warm.

Felt great afterwards!

We went to the Silver Diner for a Sunday night dinner and I ran afterwards.

It's been a few days. Good to go out. Did Sinterklaas prep afterwards.
