Again I'm at the CWI, I just had my test of Formal Methods.

And I made it!

It went quite well, the beginning was a bit difficult but the final mark is an 8; very happy with that.

Tomorrow I'll start my internship with a conference day on Embedded Technology in Utrecht. My teacher will be there as well as a number of people from Chess.

Now I'll see if I can find a nice book on Computer Science from this library.

There seems to be a fire near the train-bridge. Perhaps the cacao-factory? Again, no camera.

Too bad I don't have Ettie's camera here anymore. There are 3 guys on top of the prison that we see from our window. They're part of the cleaning operation that started a few weeks ago and will take about a year (!).

But at the other hand, who knows?! We're waiting for the helicopter to show up to help them escape...

This winter we'll take care of somebody's plants. They'll go abroad for a couple of months and they left 4 big plants in the halway. It's nice to have so much green in the house.

Today's is the last day before my test.

I've become a member of the CWI library. They still had my record from when I became member the previous time: February 2000. I was writing a paper of Object-Oriented Programming then.

I've borrowed a book my teacher wrote, Introduction to Process Algebra.

Isn't it a bloody shame that this Nawijn guy is trying to fix the cabinet? With all due respect: he and his party really, really messed up the last months, and all of a sudden he's worried about the current economical situation and wants to restore the cabinet.

My opinion? Too late. Months, months too late. Let's see what the voters will say about the Puinhopen van Fortuyn (mess of Fortuyn).

The addiction is getting out of control for all of us. We started our first game at 16:30; Sasha won it. Dinner, dishes, and the 2nd one. We played a Zeevaarders-Steden & Ridders combination, very interesting (and I won!).

Just done with the 3rd game... and guess what, after months of practising: Mieke won! She played really well, and was at the 13 points long before anybody else came close. Congratulations!

Now up to the 4th one.

My teacher sent me two tests from last year. I'm doing one of them now to see if I know all the things I need to know. Tomorrow I'll do the 2nd one.

Tonight we'll play Kolonisten again, Steden & Ridders I hope.

We're at my parents now. Obviously we're playing Kolonisten again. The victims today are my parents' neighbours. We taught hem Kolonisten, and then played two games.

Playing with 6 people.

It was the first time I've played with more than 4 players, a bit different rules. Because I lost both games I'm not sure I like it.
