It was cold today, slightly below freezing, but not windy so a long-sleeve shirt was sufficient. Ran a pretty good time, after a long week in Denver.

Worked quite a bit this weekend and I'm traveling now to Atlanta. So I took the opportunity to go for a run.

Good run from the YMCA. Gorgeous weather. Still thinking about AMH, really sad.

Weird situation at AMH. Needed a run to distract. Helped.

That I ran during the week. First day of school.

Good run. Did fitness last night.

Did squats with front weight bar for the first time yesterday, very nice exercise. Sore legs but ran anyway.

I ran slowly. Last week I ran only once.

I stopped at Clarendon Circle for quite a bit, looked at the improvements. It's awesome!

We came back home Thursday night, today was my first run in almost two weeks. Went well. It was super hot (almost 100 degrees today) so I was conservative and only did 4.2 miles.

It was very hot yesterday and I didn't feel very strong (I went to the gym on Thursday and Friday) so I turned around a little earlier. In retrospective that wasn't necessary, I still arrived nicely on time to pick up the boys. Later that day I napped for almost 90 minutes so clearly I was tired.
