I waited a few minutes for the heavy rain to stop and then I left for a run. My knee felt weird after Sunday's run so I took an extra rest day. Haven't felt anything weird today or now after the run, so that's good.

Had to cut the run a little short because of an upset stomach.

There weren't a lot of people outside. 47 degrees, no gloves. Back to work tomorrow after a 5 day weekend.

The Zanes left today and we had an early dinner -- the kids were exhausted. I went for a run. It was quiet on the streets, though some nigh-life in Clarendon.

Cooked all day, didn't have time for a walk, so it was great to go out. Tried my new long running pants, pretty good.

GLoves and hat. A little too warm half-way.

Quite windy tonight, and around 45 degrees. Good run nevertheless, good to be back home.

Ran on the treadmill in the Crowne Plaza Cabana hotel, around 5.00 am. It was too early to go outside, I felt. Even though they did show a running route in the main hall.

Did a virtual run through New Zealand. Better than staring at the TV.

Judy came over for dinner and we drank the champagne we had originally planned for the Election evening. The kids put their shoes.

Had a day off today, was great. Spent a lot of time with the kids.

Ran at 9.30 pm.

When I passed Washington Lee I saw a group of girls chalking on the sidewalk, anti-Trump slogans.
