Vincent is a new American bistro with a strong Dutch accent. Dutch items on the dinner menu include Zaansemosterdsoep, a "Maatjesharing Shot" and they have a special Dutch 3 course dinner special. Their brunch menu includes an uitsmijter and there is vlaai for dessert.

Vincent is owned and operated by Joncarl Lachman, who is also the chef/owner of HB (Home Bistro).
