Serving top-it-yourself hot falafels and fries was an epiphany for the owners while visiting friends in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. It was the inspiration for bringing delicious twice-fried fries and tasty top-it-yourself-falafels to Adams Morgan in DC.

Their garnish bar has a wide array of sauces, salads and pickles that encompass both the traditional Middle Eastern, as well as the influence of the Dutch with their cream sauces and garlic flavors. The store offer a selection of dressings for your fries as well, including traditional Dutch mayo, homemade peanut 'saus', malt vinegar, Old Bay seasoning and ketchup.

They even accept payment in euro.
