I went for a run after bringing the kids to the Bulgarian school. I talked with Joost on my way home, who had just ran a 15k race -- good inspiration! I pushed myself on the full 3.5 miles, feels good. Time to get my watch battery replaced!

Busy day yesterday with a WK game and Sinterklaas. At the BG school shortly. So time for a run. Feels amazing. Shortest route but went fast.
