Tonight I ran my first serious run in 2 weeks, the standard trail. It took 38.04 minutes, and I could feel that it was not as easy as usual; I even got almost out of breath at one point.
In Punta Cana I ran twice; on the beach. I won't pretend that I spend a lot of time on sports and working out but the two times that I ran it felt great. I ran with my running shoes, along the shore line. It gives your ankles a great work out.
