Last Sunday I ran for 95 minutes. That felt great at the time, but it was more than I should have.
Tuesday I cut my regular round short because of my left shint that hurted. I didn't run until today. I was planning to go for 60 minutes, but after 10 minutes my left shint started hurting again (and my knees don't feel great either). Although that disappeared after 10 minutes, I decided to quit and did a walk/run of some 40 minutes instead.
Some of my co-workers brought in candy yesterday. In one of the cubicles there was a candy bowl in Halloween style, even including a fake human hand. I thought that was nicely decorated, and I went to take some sweets from the bowl.
