I went for a 50 minute walk over the Duke campus. Left knee if doing great, slight discomfort in my right foot after the walk.

Today was probably the hottest day of the year. When I came back it was still 92 Fahrenheit (33 Celcius). I started a bit later than usual to escape the worst heat, and it was cloudy during the run.

The run felt pretty good. I was getting tired in the last mile, running back from the Duke library to the traffic lights on Erwin and LaSalle. I didn't see any other runners, probably because of the heat.

On Monday I went for a 3.4 mile run, with a good warm up and 3 walk breaks. The next morning I had very little discomfort in my left knee or right foot so that's moving in the right direction.

On Tuesday and Wednesday I did feel muscle pain in my lower back. Perhaps from the swimming.
